Privacy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Go Virtual Health, operated by Go Virtual Health LLC, collects, uses, and protects information across its website, CRM, checkout, agent, and customer communication workflows.
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, email, phone number, shipping address, account details, order details, agent assignment, program interest, notes, payment status, and communications. For healthcare or wellness workflows, additional information may be collected only as needed for eligibility, operational, or provider-related processes.
We use information to create accounts, manage agent approvals, process orders, support customers, send invoices or receipts, coordinate fulfillment, track sales attribution, calculate commissions, improve internal reporting, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal, payment, tax, and operational obligations.
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not intend to store raw card numbers or CVV codes in the CRM. When direct card collection is enabled, payment details should be tokenized or collected through approved payment-provider tools designed for secure processing.
We may share information with vendors that help operate the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, analytics, payment processing, invoicing, CRM integrations, fulfillment, and professional service providers. These providers may process information only for authorized business purposes, subject to the Mobile information and SMS consent restrictions below. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared for marketing or promotional purposes; messaging delivery providers receive only what is needed to deliver the messages.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent, will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed to deliver the messages themselves (carriers and messaging platform providers). These restrictions apply to all information-sharing provisions in this policy, including service providers; SMS consent is not transferable to another business or affiliate.
If you opt in, Go Virtual Health may send text messages about your customer account and orders, including order status, consultation scheduling reminders, and shipping updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, receiving services, or account access. This consent does not enroll you in promotional texts or messages from affiliates.
If you opt in, Go Virtual Health may send texts about your partner account — program and portal updates, meeting reminders, and order and payout status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of partnership.
Providing a phone number, creating an account, or agreeing to general terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages. SMS consent must be given separately and voluntarily for the disclosed messaging program. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@govirtualhealth.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you separately opt in to customer account and order texts, Go Virtual Health may send order status, consultation scheduling reminders, and shipping updates to the number you provide. If you separately opt in during an affiliate application, texts are limited to that application's status and next steps; this does not enroll you in partner-account texts or promotional campaigns. For each program, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, application approval, partnership, or account access. We record the number, time, form source, and disclosure version of your affirmative selection to document your request. An agent entering your contact information does not establish your SMS consent.
Some information may relate to wellness, medical, or prescription-adjacent workflows. Where protected health information or regulated clinical data is involved, it should be handled through appropriate provider, pharmacy, telehealth, or compliant operational workflows. This policy does not replace any separate healthcare provider privacy notice that may apply.
We use role-based access, server-side controls, authentication, and operational safeguards to limit access to information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and using the platform only for authorized purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@govirtualhealth.com.
Questions about privacy or data handling can be sent to support@govirtualhealth.com. We may update this policy as our platform, vendors, payment providers, healthcare workflows, or legal requirements change.
